CANCELLATION POLICY


Dear Customers.

No-shows without cancellation 24 hours before your booked appointment will be charged at 100% of the cost.

Cancellation can only be made by phone to the salon.

If you have an appointment on Monday, you must cancel on Friday at noon.

We reserve the right to be late for your scheduled time, between 1-15 minutes.

Why are you charged for no-shows?

Missing customer visits means missing income for us. When you, as a customer, book an appointment for a treatment, we have a verbal agreement. You (the buyer) undertake to come to us at a pre-agreed time. We (the seller) undertake to reserve this time for you and not sell it to anyone else. As long as you do not cancel at least 24 hours before, we cannot sell the time to another customer.

How are you charged for no-shows?

You can come in and pay in cash, swish, or card (Receipt on request via e-mail or when visiting the salon). If this is not done, an invoice will be sent out. If payment is not made via the invoice, it proceeds to debt collection claims.

I didn't know you had a cancellation policy...

As of 2014, customers have been informed via the website, the booking page, social media, and SMS that we have a cancellation policy. We cannot take any responsibility for whether you read through the information.
